National Counties Building Society invited Creative Heads to tender for the redesign of their AGM mailing pack which included the Annual Report & Accounts, Summary Financial Statement, Newsletter and Proxy Voting Form.
The biggest challenge was the deadline – the majority of the content was not available until the Board had approved the figures, leaving the creative team just two weeks to design the whole pack, including any client changes.
To meet the deadline it was crucial for Creative Heads to commit a larger team to the project whilst ensuring each member of the team had a consistent approach and followed a strict set of guidelines and principles when designing.
An Annual Report & Accounts is the most important document for shareholders who are looking to scrutinise the company’s performance, so attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount.
National Counties Building Society had recently launched the Family Building Society, specifically designed to help all generations of families across a wide set of financial offerings. This created an additional complication because some of their marketing required dual branding.
As a result of the fine work on the AGM and Annual Report pack, Creative Heads further developed the brand image for NCBS.
The branding is now applied to ongoing marketing activity including website graphics, exhibition stands, print and digital advertising.
